The company was established in September 2026 in connection with Sora Capital’s acquisition of more than 48,000 square feet of commercial warehouse space in Houston, Texas.
SZ Property Holdings pursues commercial real estate investments with strong underlying fundamentals, durable cash-flow characteristics, and attractive long-term value potential. Our strategy emphasizes disciplined acquisitions, active asset management, and long-term ownership.
We concentrate on select markets and property types where we have strong market knowledge and believe we can create lasting value. Through a hands-on approach to capital improvements, tenant relationships, property management, and asset optimization, we seek to enhance the performance and long-term value of each property.
